Glad to see you're still here after my extended absence from the board. Been working a bit much for a month or so, then had a trip to Melbourne -- just back a day now.
Lithium seems to be controlling this year's cycle pretty well -- 600 mg twice a day and I'm only getting one or two very mild (level 4 or nicer) attacks per week right now. A snort of oxygen or imitrex knocks them down. I still get the precursors (ear ringing, tight neck) at regular times but the pain doesn't come. Wish me luck -- last year's cycle was a trip through hell (or the Los Angeles airport, hard to tell).
