Grammer?

To, means toward a direction, like In a direction toward so as to reach: "went to the city."

Too, means in addition too, or as in also, like, He's only too willing to be of service.

Around infers direction more so than in addition to, so I think Hub's grammer is correct. But I agree, this is tricky.
