Sinus infection question

I have a massive sinus infection going on.
Does anyone know if that can/will set off a cluster cycle? Please say it won't!!

Two different antibiotics have not helped so my doctor has put me on Vancenase Spray. Has anyone been on that and has that started a cycle? One way or another it has to get out of there.
