Riccardo was a Medici Prince living alone in a baroque mansion overlooking the Isle of Capri.
We met in one of those bars that serve the seventh fleet. Riccardo was a champagne dancer - you know the deal - you buy him some very expensive watered down champagne and he pretends that he finds you attractive.
I didn't find out about Hub till many years later when Hub was in reform school in Indiana. I have been supporting him ever since.
