You said the doctor at St.Louis Universay said they wanted $100 to see you. There is the money now for that. Is that the doctor you want to see?
You also said you like Dr. Konzen your gp is that the one you want to see?
You can called the Psychologist you are to see on May 9th and tell them how bad you are and you might get in sooner.
Most doctors have emergency appointments, push them!
