You just wrote my life story - I, too, am a supporter. The miracle you've just found is this website. I found it almost two years ago now and it has drastically changed our lives. We found treatments and controls here that have really helped Mike deal with his clusters and helped me to realize I am not alone as a supporter. It IS hard watching your spouse go through this torture and tempers DO run short. Clusterheadaches INVADE peoples' lives and it takes very strong people to survive the fallout.

As far as sleep goes, try Dramamine or Gravol - it's the anti-motionsickness med that produces sleep as a side effect but won't let your hubby get into the REM phase of sleep which is where the Beast can attack him. It has helped a lot of folks here get through the night and it's definitely worth a shot.
