I have also yelled at family and friends while suffering CHs and the guilt that I felt afterwards was terrible. CHs put strain and stress on every aspect of our lives and unfortunately we sometimes can't help but lash out at the ones we love. We're tired, hurting and just want to feel human again but don't know how.
Keep reaching for that miracle and supporting your husband. He's a lucky man to have you.
