And at start the brain-internal hopes: "I will never have the Beast" crashes dramatically.
I'm scared from the next time (I'm CH free from 26 months, 2 [TWO!!!] cycles skipped!) and I hope to be strong enough to deal without too much depression the next time.
I can only say you a thing: The more you become depressed, the more the Beast laugh!
