Just an off the wall comment on my part, there is a very strong anti-smoking compaigne going on, but cirgarette smoke is only the tip of the iceberg in view of the world pollutants and I get a little fried that these do-gooders are so ignorant of these other pollutants, but so strong on anti-smoking, probably wouldn't feel this way if many of these are CH triggers for me, but again, it is not the pollution that causes my CH's, something is wrong with me, I can walk away from cirgarette smoke, but not the two hundred millions of cars on the road, nor all the dairy and industrial pollution that is everywhere.
