Codine. As long as I don't use it to often. I am episodic. I can tell when mine are near the end of their cycle. Usually around 6 weeks. That is when the icepicks usually are the worst. Percoset, hydrocodone, or tylenol #4 on a regular 3 to 5 hour dose keeps mine at bay as long as I stay away from any triggers. Good luck.
