I'm lucky. I only get 2 or 3 clusters a month and they're usually only about a 5 on your scale. But, and it's a big but, I have shadows all the time. Very minor, a 1 to 1.5 but 24 hours a day, had them for years. I get the icepick in the eye about once a day and it's usually when I'm most relaxed, reading or watching TV. WHAM! STAB! "Son-of-a-Bitch that hurts!" Maybe a second stab and no more until the next day.
