...who can't stand the damned things. Just be going along fine and then you get a spike which drops you to your knees--thirty seconds later it's gone. Thirty seconds after that you get another one. Had clusters that were a 9 on the pain scale with the ice picks completely blowing away any possible reading for pain levels--took two shots of morphine in the ER to calm that beast down.
