Hey RCW, I tried the patch at what I thought was the end of my cycle. Guess what they came back full force. Don't think it was the nicotine but I remember having a strange dream right before the CH hit.Have always smoked a pack a day. Put on the patch to try to quit. It will be a while before I try again
