Unfortunately, I don't have any advice to offer. I get cluster pain in my teeth, cheek, and eye and the pain is equally terrible in any of those locations. Except for one thing: those damned icepicks! And those happen only during an eye attack. Each stab lasts only a second or so, but that second feels like it has a day's worth of pain in it on top of the agony that I'm already feeling. I can say only that I know exactly where you're coming from. But I sure wish I didn't!;-)
