I believe OUCH is a winner. I believe that OUCH is going to be the only way that help will be found for us. I think it will be a eye opener for a lot of people. We can sit back and say we do not want to join OUCH because we don't like what goes on on this message board. OUCH has nothing to do with this board its a whole different thing OUCH was formed from this board but thats all. OUCH is here to make people, doctors, hospitals, goverment, insurance companys ect.... aware that we hurt and hurt bad and we need help to fight our pain. We need insurance to pay for our medication, doctors and hospitals staff to understand we hurt we are not drugges and to treat us as such. We need the goverment to understand to help people like Carl ect...These are some of the things we hope OUCH will help in.
I have hurt for 20 years and been treated like crap by some doctors and hospital staffs and my insurance company has refussed to pay for things. I am fed up. Now I can keep my $25 and post on this board till I am blue in the face for free and never get any thing done. Or I can as I have become a member and volunteer my time to help get the word out. OUCH can be a wonderful thing if people will just become a member and work together for the rights of people who suffer from clusters. I for one am going to donate ever spare second I have for OUCH. Terry this is what OUCH is about! I have left out a lot I am sure. I hope this will help you understand OUCH better and what it is all about.
