After spending the evening reading in this site, I've come to the conclusions that my CH are mild compared to many of you. You have my sympathy. I've had 9's and 10's before but the regulatrity that some of you have them is terrible. My heart goes out to you. I took a dimatapp 12hr before bed last night and made it thru with no CH thank goodness. Checking out homeopathy right now, will let you know what I find.
