I was given this book to read by my chiropractor,
who felt that the problems that I was having
with headaches, fatique, back aches, etc, was not
only something that he could fix through
chiropractic techniques, but also through a change
in diet. I read this book, have followed the diet
suggested, and even went out to buy the cookbook!
