ANY time you try multiple, unrelated treatments, it is IMPOSSIBLE to draw any conclusions whatsoever about either one. If you take Verapamil and also see a chiro, which one helped?

This is also true of 'drug cocktails'. Many have been helped by verapamil and neurontin, for example, but how do we/they know if one or the other alone might have done just as much (with less side effects)? We don't.

Same thing applies to causative factors. Can't remember who the former regular here was this is credited to, but remember that every serial killer once drank milk. So did every clusterhead. Does that mean milk causes one to become a serial killer or a clusterhead? Don't think so.

I am by no means attempting to discourage the free, open exchange of experience, as it happens to be the best source of information we have.

Just trying to keep things in perspective.
