It should be out soon. You can imagine how it is with volunteers. We wait 2 months for someone to forward an article that should have been written by him to begin with. We get OKs from technical consultants when they don't even read things needing to be checked so we have to look into it again. You know. Just the usual stuff any fledgling group goes through when the staff is volunteer. But it will be out soon. I promise.
