using the suicide word seems to speed up my appointments. I called for an appointment at the start of a cluster some years ago. The receptionist said the first opening was the following week. I simply said, "Well I'll be dead by then cause if I have to go another day like this I'm gonna blow my brains out". She put me on hold, came back a minute later and said they would see me that afternoon. Ever since then, I get same day service for cluster appointments.
