I am currently trying to cfold turkey from tylenol 4 use, long term. I have for about a week been doing 3-5 oxycontim (percocet?) for about a week. Headaches have receeded and I am atten=mptin to withdraw cold turkey. I am in total misery. Last dose on Monday, this is thursday. Can't sleep, body sweats, chills, fatique, anxiety. Can anyone tell me how long this will last? Can I make it? I have some very low grade codiene, T-1's but have been trying to sbstain. It's been four days and I'm feeling hopeless. I can make it if I know the end is soon. But ptherwise I can't hold out. Headaches seem to be gone. this may be a cycle but that's okay. I can deal with the next bout when it come along. But if not should I try tapering off? Any advice would be apreciated. HELP!
