My cycle can start out relatively mild with 2 or 3 attacks a night (or day) at about a level 7 or 8. Untreated they build up to 4 or 5 a day as the weeks progress and can reach greater intensity if not aborted by Imitrex. Toward the end of the cycle the trend reverses. The cycle period is about 4 to 5 weeks every year or so, but it is not seasonal as with some people. Good luck,hope this helps.
