The first CH cycle I had that was diagnosed was during a time of my life that I had quit smoking, and had been a non-smoker for 4 months - Next time they came around, I was back to smoking, and since, I have tried smoking, not smoking, patches, and decided that if they are coming, they are coming regardless of my smokoing status - I wish that curing my CH's was just a matter of quitting nicotine - Not so easy :(
