Hi Margaret: I'm new here but have been having CH for 7 years and only now diagnosed. Finally! Being female is detrimental in this instance because it seems it's the last thing they consider. Anyway, at the first indication of cycle starting (8 days ago) I was prescribed Flonase (corticosteriod nasal spray)to be used in morning or whenever I felt attack coming, also 30 mg of amitryptiline (spelling?) at night. I have not had a full blown CH yet. (fingers, toes and eyes crossed!) But did have somewhat of a shadow attack 5:20am two days ago but would consider it 3 or so on the kip scale, very manageable! So, if that's as bad as it is going to get with this method I would highly recommend it, but of course it's too soon to tell for sure what's going to happen over the next little while. I'll try and keep you posted. Good luck and God Bless.
