Hi, me again. I'm pretty sure that prednisone (indicated on this site and others as being a fairly effective preventative) is also a corticosteriod? I'll look into this further, I may be wrong. I used Flonase last year but without the amitriptyline and it wasn't very effective, maybe it's the combination that's the ticket?
