Travis, could you please explain what sort of cheese you use. As you consistently write 'bleu' and not 'blue', I assume it's a French cheese. Is it the famous Roquefort ? Or will any cheese with a blue mold do, I'm thinking of Gorgonzola and Danish Blue ?
