I did not make a appointment because I did not know when would be a good time for you. They don't take credit cards and they only tell me it will be $65 dollars and up depending. They only take cash. You need to call them they need information from you to make the apointment. The only thing I know to do is send you a check and you cash it and pay them. I called several Doctors in your area They don't take credit cards. See if you can pin point a price for me.
