You must know how provincial we Colonists are. I know enough to realize that 'st' is short for stone, but for all we know, 9st could be 9 pounds, 90 pounds, or (heaven forbid!) 900 pounds.

Check again if it's been a few years...Supraclens is relatively new, and it really is worth it. But yeah, I think your routine will probably work. In any event, it's worth a shot, right?

BTW-didn't think you were whining or anything like it. This place is for SUPPORT. I admit, my first love is the analytical stuff, but I'm one of the first to reach out with a joke or a totally inane post.

The only absolute in life is moderation.

That was either a really, really profound statement or total ka-ka. You decide. I'm obviously not mentally compentent enough to make such earth shattering decisions, but I'm sure jonny, drummer and Jack will weigh in with their opinions. :-)

So, is 9st like, really, really REALLY BIG? I mean are we talking Richard Simmons TV special and cutting a hole in your wall, bringing in a forklift and EMT's just to get you to the hospital or what? ;-) Do you live in a brick building? My friend Riccardo is Italian and all Italians are good masons, so I might be able to get him to go up there and fix your wall afterwards. Plus, I know Ueli, and he's Swiss. They make good engineers, so he can do the design work. Peter lives in the UK and seems pretty smart, so if there are permit issues, he can probably help.

There are lots of resources here. Use them when you need them, and give back what and when you can.

And for anyone who didn't 'get' this post, email me. :-)
KTSSU,
T
