You'd think that after 26 yrs of this, I'd be smart...
Knowing that I am in-cycle..... I stay away from alcohol.
The last 2 days I've been relative pain-free due to the cafergot
aborting a couple of CH's a day... Then, last night,
I had a Black Russian.... went to bed..and 4am woke up to
a very pissed- off Demon!!!... I thought I was going to explode
I finally got to sleep by almost O'Ding on Vicodin.
All day today, I was in a funk with my head feeling like I got hit with
a baseball bat.. ALL DAY! It is still tender to the touch, and my hair
even hurts!...
Well, I guess we re-learn every cycle..but rest assured, I've had my last drink for awhile..
