Hate to say it but welcome to the family. Check the sideboard on the left and print out anything that you think will be helpful when you go see your doc. Unfortunatly, many docs are relatively clueless when it comes to CH, even specialists. I've been battling the beast for over 50 years and have been misdiagnosed many times. Often, the wrong treatment just flat made it worse. My godsend is pure oxygen, which usually aborts the CH in 5 to 10 minutes and I've come up with a "chiller" for the O2 that seems to enhance the effect.
