Alcohol does not cause clusters, but it sure is a trigger during a cycle!!!
I have learned (in my 20 yrs of this) NO Alcohol in a cycle, within 15 min
of swallowing even a wee sip of any alcoholic beverage, I feel the pain commence,
and they are much harder to get over too!!
