Hi Tracy.
First off, do you have a .jpg pic? That's a pic that has been taken by a digital camera, or a regular pic that has been scanned into the puter. If not, you can take a regular pic to Kinko's or the UK equivilent and they will scan it for you. If it's cheaper, mail one to me and I'll scan it for you.
Then, email the .jpg to BobP. His addy is rpahlow@calpoly.edu. He will then post it to his personal web site where he has a clusterhead pics page.
As for ugly mugs, sorry. I hold the Guiness Record for ugliest mug on Bob's site. But my Mum thinks I'm cute. :-)
