I´ve had ch since i was 20. Now I´m 46.
Apart from ch, I have had no illnesses whatsoever.
I´ve seen comments from sufferers who went to a sleep clinic and was diagnosed as sleep apnea. They got a machine to breathe through in the night.
It´s called a "c.p.a.p."
Sleep apnea can cause hearth failure. My brother
had heart problems that could not be explained and has now a pace maker.
My theori is that we share sleep apnea.
I have never experienced problems with my sleep, and I don´t snore. But I´ll look into it anyway
