Well I hate to say it, but, it did not work for me. As some of you know both my husband John and myself suffer from clusters, this is the first time we have clustered at the same time. Last night I made him eat the blue cheese with me before we went to bed to check it out as a preventative, he was totally un-believing!!! Funny but he slept thru the whole night without one cluster, tonite I will make him another bed time snack and we will see how it goes. He thinks I'm nuts and that it could not possibly be the cheese, but I guess we will know more after tonite!
Thanks for the suggestion, at least it seems to be helping one of us!!
