For what this is worth I have been taking it for about 3 months now. I had a particularly bad cycle from Sept through January. I started taking it in February. My cycle quit for about 2 weeks and then came back on the opposite side. I have continued to take 100mg a day and with this round my HA are only at night and very mild. Oxygen takes them away in about 10 minutes and I am able to get right back to sleep. Mine have never been like this before and I'm not taking anything else currently to prevent them. I use Imitrex to abort them usually but I haven't even had to use that. I talked to my neurologist today and asked him if he thought that was what was making them different. He said it could be that. I'll keep taking it and let you know. I was having a great deal of trouble sleeping and was pretty depressed and it seems like now I am pretty much back to my old self. Good Luck!
