I am new to this CH thing. I've had migraines for 6 years, but I've only experienced this type of headache, or HELL if you want a more accurate term for the last 2 weeks. yesterday wasn't so bad ,only one that made me want to die. On Sunday I was at the end of my rope, my forehead is still puffy and discolored from pounding and grinding it into the windowsill. I am so grateful to find this website, I [and my family,probably] thought I was losing my mind. I can't describe the torture to them. They love me but I feel alone. Reading all of your entries gives me hope, and somehow typing this has relieved some of the agony[physical and emotional] that I've been overwhelmed with. Thank you.
