Mine are episodic... occurring usually for 2 months every year to a year and a half. This period they haven't been that bad or numerous... last time they were killer.
I agree, I really should go to a doctor... but I know what they will tell me. As long as the coffee works for me I can handle it. I lived through it for 25 years before I found out how much it helps (besides, I like the coffee!)
Thanks for the advice, I really should follow it and I might in the future. For now, I'll fight through it.
