Sorry you had a bad night. I know how the public thing goes. I also know all too well the misunderstanding of family members and friends. Don't really know of any good doctors yet, especially in Cleveland. You might want to consider making a trip to the Michigan Head-pain and Neurological Institute. It is located in Ann Arbor, MI - approximately three hours from Cleveland (I used to live in MI - 45 minutes from Toledo, OH).
I know it would be a haul and a half, but may be worth the trip.
