I'm no physician, but a new symptom like vomiting that continues for two months and results in the kind of weight loss your wife has--whtat sounds VERY serious and should be checked out right away. Even if it could be cluster-related, that kind of rapid weight loss is extremely serious. Please make sure she gets medical supervision as soon as possible.
