One of the key threads to many of the guestbook entries is something like "I've felt so alone". That was my feeling a little over a year ago (March 27, 1999) when I typed cluster headache in a search engine and found CH.com. I've never felt that sort of lonelyness since and yes, there are some that are special and from all over the planet.
