I've got an espresso machine but I haven't tried using espresso for my headaches... there's more caffine in a double strength cup of regular coffee than in espresso... but the espresso taste better!
Besides, it takes me too long to pull a double shot, my head would be exploding by the time I got it done. But if I'm out and about and get one, I'm sure I would hit the nearest coffee house and get me a good double shot!
