I have to agree with the previous responses...42 pounds in just 2 months is a VERY substantial weight loss...and you should have her seen ASAP.
Although clusters can cause nausea, and in some cases vomiting, I am not aware of any cases that are so protracted as to cause much weight loss.
Vomiting can sometimes be the result of something that is easily treated, other times it can be a warning sign that something more serious is going on. She, without a doubt, needs to be evaluated.
