Jason, i also use prednisone for ch (about 7 years) - have had headaches for almost 30 years.
i usually only have to take 1 tapered 12 day dose
but have had to go through up to three and like you i am usually good for 1 to 1 1/2 years.
Before being treated with prednisone the headaches
and job stress actually put me in a stress center
where i learned biofeedback and relaxation. Both of these techniques seem to help the pain but not the frequency of headaches.
