Living with clusters is a life of ups and downs. I know that I most likely will have them for the rest of my life. Sometimes this fact gets me down, but there is always hope. Because of this board and the influence it has on me I now look upon my condition as a challenge, and one day I will beat these headaches into submission-PERMANENTLY. There are perhaps thousands of us out there experimenting with different treatments and therapies. This is one huge workforce. I honestly believe that we will win the battle eventually.

In the meantime how are you sleeping? If I mess around with my sleeping pattern (too much or too little) I get heavy shadows. By keeping my sleeping pattern constant, and that means no dozing off in the daytime, I keep the shadows to a minimum. That means between six to seven hours a night for me.

Best Wishes,

G.
