Terry,
It is better to get an MRI (especially if you've never had one) to rule out any other possibilities. Look on the bright side of things though; if it is still Clusters, which would you rather have, shadows or full-blown 10's?

Maybe this is just it's way of telling you it's "on the way out", and pain-free days are just around the bend.
