Up until four years ago I had four dogs. Unfortunately I lost my favorite to cancer. His name was Freeway. Although the three remaining dogs do seem to act strangely before my headaches, Freeway could almost "predict" when I was going to experience a CH. He would stare at me and then begin acting "skiddish". Soon he would either lay next to me or follow me around constantly. I do believe animals have, for lack of a better term, "premonitions". During the CHs, my dogs give me the privacy I need but are always there when I can finally pick myself off of the bathroom floor. They stay very close to me and watch my every move.
