You hit it on the head about health care professionals thinking we are nuts. I need to understand these attacks from within.

I have also experienced a cluster as a result of sex. Not too often though.

Here is a new one. I tried to abort a cluster headache with an orgasm. NOT GOOD. It hurt and didn't work.

Thanks for the advice on alcohol. I definately believe alcohol can relieve headaches, temporarily. I had a headache the day after my hangover from hell.
