I agree that a person sleep patterns, combined with changes in daylight(daylight savings) are a large contributor in the time of year an attack take place. In my experience, within 3 to 4 weeks after daylight savings, my bouts begin. My usual routine is waking up a 6 am during the week, and going to bed at 12 midnight, then sleeping til noon on the weekends and staying up til 2 or 3 am. Just before and during bouts, I will try to keep a more consistent routine throughout, and it seems to help, even though it may just be a mental thing.
