Hi Kelly - I'm new here and so far what I've learned is that successful treatments can change per cycle - but you probably already knew that. What is working for me this cycle is a combo of Flonase (corticosteriod nasal spray)in the morning and 40 mg of amitriptyline (sp?) at night. I started this at first sign (April 6) of CH and have been relatively pain free. I have had some really minor CH which just serves to remind me that I am still in a cycle (do not touch that Beer!)but have not had to take anything stronger than Advil. Good Luck. Cheers
