For about the past two months I have been taking 360mg of verapamil and 900 mg of lithium a day. It has given me my life back. I will have a very mild ch about once every two weeks, but it usually isn't even strong enough to worry about O2. If the effect keeps up I will be a very happy man. I can even drink again.
